Manish has done his Post Graduation in HR and has over 13 years experience in various Industries. He commenced his career in 2003 with Gharda Chemicals. He was with Tata Infotech & Bank of America. During his employment with the start-up operations in legacy Countrywide Financial, Manish was mainly in charge of Talent Acquisition for Infrastructure Technology.
For past 5 years has search experience in Automotive, FMCG, IT, ITES, Banking & Non Banking Finance Industry. He brings in-depth understanding of industries and business issues to the table, which helps him conduct senior level search assignments with a sharp focus on client needs and what they are aiming to achieve by filling the specific position. He has hired for varied executive roles CTO, CHRO, like Head – Global delivery Centre, SVP/ VP-level positions across functions/ geographies.
Nigel a seasoned professional with over 15 Years of experience, had started his career with Jet Airways. He moved forward with Emirates Airlines with a total tenure of combined 11 years in the airline industry which has enhanced his skills to take up a role into client servicing and business development with Helios and Matheson.
Speaking further about Nigel, he has the skills and expertise in the recruitment and training Industry and has worked on an RPO model into recruitment with Bank of America. He has also been a regional sales manager for Mumbai and Pune into corporate training.
A budding professional who honed his experience by hard work and diligence has taken up the challenge of being an operations and delivery manager for Success HR committed towards taking this organisation to progressive heights.
